Homelink Real Estate started as an Estate agency in 2005 in Gaborone Botswana and later grew
into a thriving property development company with branches in Kenya and South Africa.

Our land (agricultural, residential and commercial land) and housing projects are strategically
located in areas with extensive infrastructural developments and highly accessible areas. We
currently have land projects in Malindi, Kantafu, Naivasha and an upcoming project in
Kilimambogo.
Furthermore, we’ve recently launched a housing project. The housing project is located at
Kamulu, along Kangundo Road Nairobi. The project comprises of 49 units of 3-bedroom houses
with spacious bedrooms, kitchen and exquisite finishing. The ownership document for each unit
is a free hold title deed for the area occupied by the house.
