The Angolan Institute of Cancer Control - IACC, is a public health establishment of the Hospital network of national reference integrated in the National Health Service for the provision and assistance in the field of prevention and early diagnosis of cancer, as well as the specialized and complete treatment of cancer patients.

The IACC is a legal person governed by public law, endowed with administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, whose legal capacity encompasses all rights and obligations necessary for the fulfillment of its attributions.
