FSG Limited (“the Group”) is the leading funeral services provider regionally.. The Group started operations in Botswana in 1993 and carries out the principal business activity of manufacturing and retail of coffins and caskets; provision of funeral-related services; and provision of funeral insurance in partnership with Botswana Life Insurance Limited.

The Group operates through its wholly-owned subsidiaries (all collectively, “the Group”) namely, FSG Manufacturing (Proprietary) Limited; FSG Services (Proprietary) Limited; FSG Assurance (Proprietary) Limited; FSG Properties (Proprietary) Limited, FSG Private Cemeteries (Proprietary) Limited; and FSG Investments (Proprietary) Limited. The Group has a wide network of branches and also has footprint in South Africa through Botswana Funeral Services Group (Proprietary) Limited (a Company registered in South Africa), FSG Zambia (a Company registered in Zambia), and FSG Zimbabwe (a Company registered in Zimbabwe).

The Group has a wide range of products on offer to customers ranging from funeral insurance schemes, tombstones, grave covers, coffins and caskets, ash urns and wreaths. The Botswana operation has 351 employees.

Currently, the Group has 19 branches (funeral homes) in Botswana, 10 branches and 1 satellite office in South Africa; 3 branches in Zambia, and 2 branches in Zimbabwe.
