Real Contractors Sarl was formed after acquisition of the attributions, assets and liabilities of Premier Construction Company in November 2005.

The company is registered under the companies act no.06/1988 of February 1988 as a private limited liability company to carry out business as a construction company, construction projects consultancy, or to carry on business as real estate developers for shareholders.

In the year 2011, shareholders herein represented by the Board of Directors decided to merge the company with Bond Trading Sarl, thereby forming REAL CONTRACTORS LTD. The company is owned by an investment group of Crystal Ventures Ltd, which owns 100% shares.

Over the years, Real Contractors Ltd has been known and assimilated with real estate development; however the merger of the company with Bond Trading saw a fundamental re-branding of Real Contractor’s business model thereby taking up Commercial Construction as her CORE product (business).
